Today, Ismay proudly runs the business alongside her three daughters — Kaydeana, Sapphire, and Eden — making Ismay Flowers a true family affair.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery on selected arrangements. Orders must be placed by 12:00pm (midday) to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. We offer next-day delivery on most of our products. Orders must be placed by 10:00pm to qualify for next-day delivery.

What happens if I place an order after the cut-off time?
- Orders placed after 12:00pm will no longer qualify for same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 10:00pm will be processed as standard orders and delivered on the next available delivery date.

Yes. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date from the available options.

Do you offer specific delivery times?
We deliver within set delivery windows rather than exact times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to selected local areas. Delivery availability and pricing are shown at checkout once you enter the delivery postcode.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is unavailable, we will:
- Leave the flowers in a safe place where possible, or
- Leave them with a neighbour, or
- Attempt to contact the recipient for instructions
If none of the above are possible, the flowers may be returned, and a redelivery fee may apply.

YYes. You can add a free personalised message at checkout, which will be delivered with the flowers..

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled only if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched. Once flowers are in preparation or out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.

What if my flowers arrive damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will always aim to resolve any problems quickly and fairly.
